How much do you charge to book an award ticket?

There cost of an award booking depends on how many flights we will be booking for you.

  • For a one-way trip, the cost is $150/person
  • For a round-trip or two-way multi-city trip, the cost is $225/person
  • For a three-way multi-city trip, the cost is $275/person
  • For a four-way multi-city trip, the cost is $325/person

If you have an itinerary which you would not consider ‘simple’, we also offer variable pricing, and you can be in touch with us about those flights. We also offer the opportunity for Round-The-World (RTW) tickets with the price depending on the complexity of the booking.

Do I have to pay that fee up front?

In an effort to deliver the best possible service to our clients as well as provide compensation to our staff, we have implemented an award search fee of $40 for each search. This is a non-refundable fee and must be submitted before a search begins on your behalf. The rest of the fee is paid upon completion of the booking by one of our staff (ex: our normal fee of $450 for a 2-person round-trip flight would only cost $410 at the time of payment due to the $40 search fee).

PLEASE NOTE: This search fee is per booking request. It does not allow for unlimited requests across multiple dates and/or destinations.

What if you are unable to find award seats for the dates I need?

As a general rule, we do not charge more than the award search fee of $40 for any client that does not end up getting a flight using our service.

Do you book paid tickets?

We are an Award Booking Service that specializes in using miles and points to help you book flights around the world. We do not assist in the purchase of paid revenue tickets unless it is a part of an award booking and our clients request us to do so.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards – especially those that earn you points! For other payment methods (Venmo, Paypal, check, etc.), please ask one of our staff and we may be able to accommodate. Please note: there may be a small fee to use these other services, depending on your payment method.

What about the airline taxes and fuel surcharges? How do I pay for that?

In the interest of security and time, we pay for all taxes/fees up front and include a reimbursement on our invoice. If you would prefer paying for them on your own credit card, please let our staff know. Please note: this does risk slowing down the process, which may involve losing award tickets.

Do you have an expedited service?

Yes! We offer an expedited service for any trips leaving within seven days of submitting the request. There is an extra charge of $75/person. Still, if we do not find a trip to your liking, you will only pay the $40 search fee.

What happens if I need to change my flight after booking?

If the change is involuntary, we will do our best to work with you and the airline to get you onto a more convenient flight for no additional cost. Due to flight limitations, we cannot guarantee we will find a new flight. We will try our best.

If the change is voluntary we charge $75/person/direction to assist in this process. Please note, there may be a change fee or increase in taxes by one or more airlines you use.

Can you help me upgrade my ticket using miles?

Generally, we do not assist in upgrading tickets using miles. In our experience, this process is cumbersome and rarely successful.
