How it works

Award Magic is a premier award booking service. We use the information you provide to find the best possible award tickets for you and book them on your behalf. Take the hassle out of using your award miles, and let us do it for you!

1) Fill out our form

Complete the booking request form and pay the $40 search fee to get started. Make sure all the information is accurate as will be using it for your booking.

2) Confirm details

We will summarize your booking request and ask you to confirm our pricing and terms. Make sure to respond quickly so our staff can get started.

3) Award search

Our staff uses your details to find the most efficient use of your miles. A little flexibility on your route will help us get you the best deal possible.

4) Communicate

Our staff will email with you to refine your search parameters and confirm with you which flights you want booked and which miles should be transferred.

5) Booking

Once confirmed, our staff will ask for login information for your frequent flyer accounts and complete the booking for you. When it is completed, you will received booking codes to check everything.

6) Payment

You will be sent a final invoice including our award booking fee, the booking deposit discount, and any taxes/fees to be reimbursed. Please use a points-earning card to pay us so you can prepare for your next trip.
